Stop By

Welcome! We’d love to have you stop by and try some of our award-winning bagels and challah!

We’re located on the ground floor of 1280 Centre Street, which is below ground. You might not see our sign from the street, but look for Christine’s Day Spa (they are upstairs from us) and our shop is just below that sign. Here’s where to find us…

We’re just 4 minutes from the Newton Center T Stop. Just head down Herrick Road and take a left on Beacon, then your first left onto Centre Street. We’re on the underground floor, just look for the outside stairs leading down to us.

By Car & Parking

Use the map above to find directions from your starting location. Parking in Newton can be a challenge, so here are a few areas we suggest to try:

  • Check around our building on Centre Street, there are limited spots available, but it’s the shortest walk on a cold day
  • Look for on street meter parking on the block around 1280 Centre Street
  • The main Newton Center Parking lot at Langley/Center/Beacon Streets is a short walk to our building
  • There is a small public lot on Cypress Street next to Learning Express that’s just down the road from us

And while you’re on your way…

Do you like scavenger hunts? As you’re walking into our shop, look for these clues, and let us know how many you find…

  • a way to make a call if your cell battery dies (if you’re under 30, you might need to Google it)
  • a riddle that will challenge your ability to count (more than you realize)
  • our earliest review from The Boston Globe
  • our first award (hint, it’s from 1992)
  • how we are connected to the Watergate investigation
