There are times when our store gets very busy. With this in mind, we’ve gathered some tips to make placing and picking up your order a little easier, especially during our busier hours.
WHENEVER POSSIBLE, ORDER ONLINE
The easiest way to place your order is via our website. You can still call us or stop in, but online ordering will allow you to place your order quickly without waiting on hold or in line. When placing an order online, standard in-store pickup is assumed unless you select the Curbside Pickup option for your order.
We encourage customers to use the Comments section to indicate any special circumstances for their order. This will help us better anticipate your needs.
FOR CURBSIDE PICKUP ORDERS
Curbside pickup orders can be placed via our website, phone or through some third party providers like GrubHub.
When you arrive to pick up your curbside order, please park your car and then call or text the dedicated curbside pickup phone number you were given when your order was confirmed. One of our team members will bring your order out to the patio where you can come to pick it up. If you prefer zero-contact pickup, please indicate that when you place your order and your labelled bag will be left on a table on the patio for your convenience.
Customers with handicapped placards or needing special assistance to navigate our stairs are asked to indicate that in the Comments section of the order so that accommodations can be made.
FOR IN-STORE ORDERS
We are happy to continue to serve customers in-store for on-site orders and pickup. We do ask that you follow the most current State of Massachusetts mask mandate, maintain a minimum six-foot distance from other customers and employees, and to please be patient and respectful to others. As we do have many people placing and waiting for orders, we also ask that you not reach for a bag or platter until a staffer hands it to you or indicates that it is yours.
ZERO-CONTACT PAYMENT OPTIONS
Zero-contact payment is available at the counter and curbside for all orders. You can use Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or your chip-enabled credit card to pay with no contact. For curbside pickup, just let us know by phone or text message when you arrive that you’d like to use zero-contact payment and one of our team members will bring our mobile register to the patio to process your order.
We appreciate your patience and consideration of others, especially during our busiest times of the day. As always, we encourage you to place your order early to ensure availability of your favorite items and pickup time.
