Passover is around the corner and Rosenfeld’s Bagels will be observing special hours.

We will be CLOSED starting at 1PM on Saturday, March 27th.

We will reopen on Monday, April 5th at 7AM and be open until 3PM. We will also be open on Tuesday, April 6th from 7AM to 3PM and continue with our usual operating hours for the rest of that week.

How do I place an order?

For same-day orders, you can speak to a team member by phone at 617-527-8080, or order online through DoorDash, GrubHub or Uber Eats

Note: If you’re placing an order for next day pickup, the cutoff time is 3pm, except for Saturdays when the cutoff time is 1pm.

When are you open?

Our regular hours are:

Wednesday – Friday from 7:00AM to 5:00PM

Saturday – Sunday from 7:00AM to 1:00PM

Closed Monday & Tuesday

I had a problem with my order, what should I do?

While we strive to do our best every time, we understand that sometimes your order may fall short of your expectations. At Rosenfeld’s Bagels we want our customers to be happy and satisfied with each and every order. If you’re missing an item or there’s something wrong with your order and you are close by, please come back and we’ll make sure we make your order right. If you’re not able to do this, please call our store during regular business hours or visit our Customer Feedback Page and submit the form during off hours. We will review and respond to your request within 3 business days.

What Bagel and Challah flavors are available today?

You can see a full list of our available bagel flavors here and our Challah flavors here, but to check current availability, especially what’s coming fresh out of our ovens, please call the store.

What other items do you offer?

In addition to our famous bagels and challah, we offer a wide selection of cream cheese spreads, smoked fish, breads, and pastries as well as Rosenfeld’s Bagels merchandise

Do you offer platters and catering?

We do! We have a wide selection of platters and items available to make all of your events complete. Please note that all platter orders MUST BE PLACED IN ADVANCED AND ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR SAME DAY PICKUP.

Do you offer curbside pickup?

Yes. Curbside pickup orders can be placed via our website, by phone or through third party providers like GrubHub, Door Dash or UberEats.

When you arrive to pick up your curbside order, please park your car and then call or text the dedicated curbside pickup phone number you were given when your order was confirmed. One of our team members will bring your order out to the patio for pickup. If you prefer zero-contact pickup, please indicate that when you place your order and your bag will be left on a table on the patio for your convenience.

Customers with handicapped placards or needing special assistance to navigate our stairs are asked to indicate that in the Comments section of their order so that accommodations can be made. 

Does Rosenfeld’s donate to local charities?

Yes, we firmly believe in giving back to our community, but we do receive many requests. While we do our best to accommodate as many as possible, the more advanced notice you can provide increases our ability to meet your needs. What are Your COVID-19 policies?

Following the guidance of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, we ask that all customers entering the store please wear masks and maintain a safe social distance. All team members must wear masks and cash registers provide social distancing between customers and team members with shields and a table. You can review our most current store pickup policies here.

Do you ship your products?

Unfortunately we do not ship bagels as the freshness and quality cannot be guaranteed due to variable conditions with shipping vehicles. We have attempted multiple tests, including ordering from top bagel producers in New York, but have been completely underwhelmed at the results. We do offer courier delivery service within the Newton Centre area for an additional fee (please call 617-527-8080), but delivery outside of that area is not something we can arrange.

For those living outside our area, if you have a relative or friend who lives locally, you could ask them to pick some up for you, or you could order a large quantity to bring back with you the next time you are here. If you freeze the bagels the same day that you bring them home, the quality will still be very good when you are ready to eat them.
